Publicis Groupe has acquired Performics, the search marketing business, from Google. Performics will strengthen the offering of the VivaKi Nerve Center, a strategic entity launched by Publicis in June that leverages the collective scale of Digitas, Starcom-MediaVest, Denuo and ZenithOptimedia.
